I’ll be running a range of classes to suit all fitness levels, including:

Women-only class – A friendly, supportive environment to build strength and confidence.

Resistance training – Focus on toning, strength and endurance.

High Intensity Interval Training – Boost cardio, burn calories efficiently, build muscle and improve metabolic health.

Group Circuit Training – For those who want to sweat, push themselves, and feel the burn!
