After running informal fitness sessions for friends, I’m now fully qualified and excited to turn my passion into a professional fitness business. I run all classes in my outdoor gym, which is partially covered so we can train comfortably in any weather.

I offer a mix of HIIT, resistance training, and circuit-style workouts, all taught with energy and great music. My women-only groups are kept small to create a comfortable, supportive atmosphere, while other sessions are open to anyone who wants to build strength, improve fitness, and enjoy moving in a friendly environment.
